The food concept of Flame is based off of quality food that brings people together to create memories. My family has always enjoyed gathering around food, and having great conversations.
I still have memories of my abuela and myself eating tortillas around the fire. I want my two children to have the same memories with our family. It has always been important for me that the food is exciting and extraordinary. I like to use fresh, quality, and local ingredients when I make dishes.
In a society of many cultures, it is important for me that as a chef and father, I want my children to experience various foods from different cultures. Flame, New American Cuisine, will exhibit a blend of cultures.
